Money moves through Selby every day, and the people who rely on it are one-person businesses. You will own the invoice and payment path: how invoices are built from approved time, how clients pay, and how payments land in QuickBooks and Xero.
What you will do
Build and run the invoice, payment and reminder systems
Own the Stripe, QuickBooks and Xero integrations
Work directly with customers when money looks wrong
What we are looking for
5 or more years building web products in TypeScript
You have shipped something that moves money and slept fine
You write clearly, because most of our work is written
How we work
We are 11 people across five states. Most weeks have two meetings. We pay the same salary band for the role wherever you live in the US.
