Most people who try Selby decide in the first week. You will own that week: onboarding email, in-app guidance and the moments that bring people back.
What you will do
Own onboarding and lifecycle email
Run experiments on trial to paid
Work with support on the questions new users ask
What we are looking for
4 or more years in lifecycle or growth marketing for software
You can read a funnel and write the email
Respect for customers' inboxes
