What we collect
Your name, email and company, the clients, projects and time entries you create, and invoices you send. If you connect a calendar we read event titles, times and guest domains for the calendars you choose.
What we do with it
We use your data to run Selby for you: to suggest time, build invoices, send reminders and show reports. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and run Selby, such as our cloud host, email provider and Stripe for payments. Each is bound by a contract to use the data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. After you cancel, your account stays readable for 90 days and is then deleted, apart from invoices we must keep for tax law.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by writing to privacy@selbytime.com.
