Using Selby
You may use Selby to track time and bill your own clients. You are responsible for the accuracy of the entries and invoices you send.
Accounts
Keep your sign in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to it.
Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Payments your clients make go through your own Stripe account under Stripe’s terms.
Your content
You own the data you put into Selby. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Paid time you have not used is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Liability
Selby is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
